This award will fund Baseline Assessments that will be conducted to provide a basic evaluation of a local municipality’s consistency with recognized Best Practices (BP) for realizing rooftop solar PV. Assessments will be performed by leveraging existing tools for measurement, including but not limited to the DOE funded Solar Roadmap. Assessments will be conducted on a minimum of 10 municipalities. ICMA will expect the awardee to work with other contractors to conduct the Baseline Assessments.
